YS Jagan To Launch 3000-Km-Long Padayatra From Idupulapaya To Ichchapuram

YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will embark upon a Padayatra from Idupulapaya in YSR district to Ichchapuram in Srikakulam district. The massive yatra, covering over 3000 km, will start on November 2 and will go on for six months.

YS Jagan himself announced this at the Yuva Bheri programme held in Anantapur on Monday. The Padayatra would begin from Idupulapaya and pass through Chittoor and other districts before ending at Ichchapuram, he declared. Interestingly, his father''s historic Padayatra too had culminated at Ichchapuram.

Meanwhile, the Yuva Bheri programme - the party's youth connect initiative aimed at sensitising people on the issue of Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh - will continue and the responsibility of conducting the programmes has been entrusted to the local leadership and constituency coordinators.

The Padayatra will seek to highlight the failures of the Chandrababu Naidu government and about the Nava Ratnas announced by YSRCP chief'.
