Won't comment on Sania Mirza issue : Venkaiah Naidu - Sakshi Post

Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Urban Development, M.Venkaiah Naidu, said that Narendra Modi cabinet would not yield to any kind of pressure from anyone.

Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad on Sunday, he said that several disputes between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh would be resolved by holding discussions.

“In the issue of waiving off loans of farmers, the same rules will be applicable to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh which are applicable to all other states,” clarified the minister.

“Congress party, which criticized the Modi government in the issues of BRICS summit, UPSC rules, train charges and others, is making self goal,” commented Naidu.

He said that Congress and other parties were criticizing the Modi government being unable to digest their defeat in the recent general elections.

He denied to comment on the appointment of Sania Mirza as the Brand Ambassador of Telangana state.

“Those employees, who are feeling that they got injustice with the division, can approach the committee,” advised the minister.
