"Well done Constable anna!" This was the reward that Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhara Rao gave to a constable.

KCR praised G Narayana Rao, who is attached to the special branch, for refusing to take bribes. 

Narayana Rao was on passport verification duty and went to an applicant's residence, who incidentally was KCR's personal doctor, in Jubliee Hills.
After completing the verification process, he was offered Rs 1500 by the applicant's father. Narayana refused to take the bribe. Then the applicant's father offered him Rs 2500. But Narayana Rao refused this also.
Narayana told the applicant's father that they are no longer were taking any money from the public as the KCR's government has increased their salary.
The shocked man immediately called up the CM and explained about the incident.
Surprised CM summoned Narayana to his camp office and lauded him for his honesty in the presence of several top police officials including City police commissioner M Mahender Reddy, special branch joint police commissioner Y Nagi Reddy, Additional DCP Govardhan Reddy and others.
Speaking on the occasion, KCR asked other police to take inspiration from Narayana and refuse bribes.
