Welfare Programmes Will Reach The People Only In YSRCP Government

Chennuru: All sections of the society will develop and welfare programmes will reach the poor in the YSRCP government led by Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Kamalapuram MLA Ravindranath Reddy said.

Speaking at a fishermen community meeting in the town, on Saturday, he said the YSRCP chief promised Rs 100 crore per year for the development of Kamalapuram constituency. During the five years of the YSRCP government, a total of Rs 500 will be given to undertake development works and projects in the constituency, he said. He reminded the audience about the Navaratna scheme announced by party chief YS Jagan. "The Navaratnas will provide pensions for people from SC, ST and BC communities from 45 years of age," he added. The scheme will immensely benefit farmers, women and people from the backward communities, he said.

Several YSRCP leaders, district representatives of the party and YSRCP supporters attended the meeting in large numbers, on Saturday.
