With Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandana in the lead roles, Dear Comrade has created quite a buzz before its release on July 26. In a latest development, much to the delight of the film unit, Bollywood director Karan Johar has announced that his Dharma Productions would remake it in Hindi.

The makers of Dear Comrade arranged a special screening for Karan Johar in Mumbai on Tuesday. The Bollywood director said he was impressed by the movie and wanted to remake it in Hindi.

However, nothing is known about who would play the lead roles if it goes on to set for the Hindi remake. Meanwhile, Vijay Devarakonda who is basking in success with his presence felt in the southern cinema, the actor now hopes to make inroads into Bollywood.
