Hyderabad: In a horrific incident, a TSRTC bus driver was ran over by an RTC bus at Yadadri bus depot on Monday while filling the duty sheet before heading home. The accused driver, B Krishnaiah, fled from the spot.

Police said that the accused driver was taking out his vehicle at 7.30 am for its journey to Narayanapet and ran over the G Naresh, the victim.

Naresh is a resident of Bondugula village in Rajapet. The RTC bus ran over his thigh, and he was rushed to Bhuvanagiri area hospital where he succumed to his injuries.

Yadari police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused.

A case under section 304 (A) of the IPC, death by negligence, has been filed.

In another incident, a Hyundai car lost control on Tank Bund road in Hyderabad due to over speeding. However, the driver was unharmed.
