IT Raids On Revanth Reddy Part Of Modi-KCR Secret Pact: Congress

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President Uttam Kumar Reddy and senior leader Jana Reddy condemned the IT raids on the houses of Congress working president Revanth Reddy. They said that caretaker Chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao was resorting to attacking anyone who was questioning the government's actions in a democratic manner.

Speaking on the occasion, Uttam said that the people of the State were aware of the IT raids against Karnataka Congress leader DK Shiva Kumar during the Karnataka Assembly elections earlier this year. With the help of the Centre, KCR is trying to torment Revanth Reddy and demoralize him. He condemned the IT raids at the of elections, especially when the households were not present inside.

Senior Congress leader Jana Reddy alleged that KCR was attacking the Congress leaders as part of a secret pact made with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, adding that KCR's rule in the State was resembling PM Modi's rule at the Centre. Saying that the anti-public President of Maldives was thrown out of power, he predicted a similar result in Telangana.
