TDP MLA booked for atrocities against SC/STs

Gurajala police on Tuesday registered a case against Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao, Telugu Desam Party MLA from Gurajala under SC, ST Atrocities (Prevention) Act for allegedly abusing Gujarala sub inspector.

Police also filed cases against some of his supporters. Earlier, the MLA along with his supporters staged protest against the SI in front of the police station.
