The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Monday expressed anger at Rajya Sabha member and Congress leader V Hanumanth Rao for rushing towards the judge and gesticulating at the court during a hearing on his petition demanding suspension of University of Hyderabad vice-chancellor P Appa Rao.

When the court asked him under what rule and what act can the VC be suspended, VH lost his cool and rushed towards the judge. At this, the court  ordered that he be sent out of the court hall.
The High Court adjourned the hearing for June 28.
