Anantagiri: Youth Organise Obscene Dance Party to Celebrate Nara Lokesh Birthday

TDP leader Nara Lokesh's birthday celebrations marked by obscene dances in the East Godavari district has triggered controversy. Residents of Ananthagiri in Rajavommangi mandal were outraged that their village environment was polluted with obscene dances in the middle of the night. 

On Sunday (23rd) in Ananthagiri zone, some TDP youths are said to have brought in some women from the outside in the name of their leader's birthday. The women are said to have performed obscene dance with them.

Police learned of obscene dance being organused in a tent being put up in a forest area at the end of the village. With this, Rajavommangi and Jaddangi SIs Gopi Narendra Prasad and Sharif went and arrested six managers on the orders of CI Ravikumar. Another three escaped, police said. The dancers were taken into custody. 

A car, a Bolero van, 8 motorcycles and a cellphone were seized from the scene. The SI said that the generator, lighting equipment and tent equipment were also seized.
