Telangana EAMCET: Competition is Higher this Year, Here's Why

There is a huge response from the students of Telangana for Eamcet 2021. About 2.42 lakh have already applied for the TSEAMCET this year and the number is expected to go by before the deadline ends.

In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, all the inter exams have been cancelled which is why the number of applicants for the exam have increased. The board stated that so far 2,42,825 applications have been received (1,59,902 for enrollment in engineering and 82,923 for agriculture and medical stream).

The last for applying for the exam is till July 8 while the deadline is till July 29 with late fee payment. The EAMCET examination for Engineering will be held on August 4,5,6 and Agriculture and medical examinations will be held on 9th and 10th of July.

It is learned that there have also been huge applications for  POLYCET this year. While 73,920 people applied for the POLYCET last year, a total of 1,02,495 applications were received this year. Of the total candidates this year, 64,897 applicants were from MPC Group and 37,598 from BiPC.
