Heavy Rainfall in These Telangana Districts

The northern and eastern parts of Hyderabad witnessed heavy rains since Tuesday night. Cherlapalli received maximum rainfall of 16 mm till afternoon. Cherlapalli received a total of 16 mm of rain. "There is a trough from Jharkhand to Telangana due to low pressure. As a result, the rain will continue to fall for the next few days. However, we only expect mild to moderate rain, not major downpours," said Dr. K Nagaratna, Director of India Meteorological Department (IMD).

According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society, most regions of the city will continue to see light to moderate rainfall over the next three to four days. The highest temperature in the city is expected to be between 30 and 32 degrees Celsius, with a low temperature between 21 and 23 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the rain continued to pour in many Telangana districts on Wednesday. Raikal in Jagtial got the most rainfall in the state, at 40.3 mm. Other districts that got moderate to heavy rainfall were Mulugu, Mancherial, Nirmal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, and Bhadradri Kothagudem.
