What is PCOS?
PCOS is a hormonal imbalance which directly affects the reproductive capacities of women even at a very tender age. Women are seen with have heavy, irregular or no periods, putting their life cycles at risk.
This is generally seen in women who are overweight and their fat is accumulated in the ovaries which hampers the regularity of their menstrual cycles. Erratic periods, result in unwanted facial hair, acne, balding and mood swings.
Women with PCOS are generally Insulin Resistant which means that their body produces insulin, excessively. This excessive insulin goes to the ovaries and results in the production of testosterone and reduces fertility among women. Weight loss is suggested for women with PCOS in order to manage their insulin levels.
How Breakfast really works to eliminate this problem?
To tackle this problem of Insulin it is suggested to have an opulent breakfast with contains the maximum calorie intake during the day. This shall lead to a management and reduction in the insulin levels throughout the day.
It is very essential to take proper calorie intake for proper functioning of the body. The breakfast must include intake of fresh and citrus fruits, milk, eggs, almonds and chicken. Also, ensure that you drink 4 liters of water every day to maintain the water right water levels.
A rich breakfast shall reduce the levels of insulin and manage the level of testosterone and increase fertility. Also, red wine, green tea, olives, pine nuts, pistachios, dark chocolates, herbs, raw turmeric can be helpful.
Ensuring a regular grandeur breakfast not only manages your insulin and fertility but also helps in weight reduction. It also helps to get rid of unwanted facial and body hair, acne, patches of dark skin and oily skin.
