Moscow: Minister of External Affairs, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, while addressing a press meet on his visit to Russia, says that Pakistan has become a weapon of diplomatic conflict against India. He expressed anger over the Pakistan government's irresponsible behaviour and added that Pakistan is treating terrorism as a government policy. Jaishanker also stated that Pakistan is putting all efforts to hinder trade progress in India. Pakistan is exporting terror to a neighboring country, and no country in the world has ever dealt with neighboring countries in such a manner in international relations, he said. For Pakistan, terrorism was tool of diplomacy.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet Russia's foreign minister on Wednesday to visit the country ahead of his visit to Russia. All arrangements have been completed for Prime Minister Modi and key issues between the two leaders.
