KCR sends ‘Chadar’ to Ajmer Dargah - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Wednesday handed over the special ‘Chadar’ to the Minority Welfare Secretary Umar Jaleel and Wakf Board CEO Asadulla to be offered at the Ajmer Dargah in Rajasthan.

KCR vowed to offer a Chader at Ajmer Dargah on formation of Telangana state. Chief Minister also sent a cash amount of Rs.2.51 lakh ‘nazarana’ to the dargah.

During a review meeting at his office, KCR also said that Jahangeer Peer Dargah near Inmul Narva in Mahabubnagar district would also be developed.

“Jahangeer Peer Dargah is a famous place for prayers irrespective of religions. People of all religions have a great belief in this Dargah that their wishes will be fulfilled by offering prayers at this Dargah. I also visited the dargah several times. TRS government will take up the development works at the Dargah also", KCR said.

Deputy CM Mahamood Ali, Ministers Laxma Reddy, Indrakaran Reddy, MLAs Guvvala Balraj, Chittem Ram Mohan Reddy and others were present.
