Derby: India lost two early wickets in quick succession scoring 85 runs in 21 overs in the semi-final match of the Women's World Cup against Australia being played the County Ground here on Thursday.

The play was interrupted due to rain for sometime. The match is reduced to 42 overs. Captain Mithali and Harmanpreet Kaur are at the crease with 31 and 30 scores respectively.

The Indian eves reached the crucial knock-out tie on the back of a huge 186-run win over New Zealand and a win over world champions Australia on Thursday will help them reach their second World Cup final.
