Hyderabad Principal Conferred ‘National Award’ By President

Varalakshmi is the only principal from both the Telugu states to find a place in CBSE quota - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: M. Varalakshmi, principal of Jubilee Hills Public School (JHPS) has been conferred with ‘best principal’ national award for CBSE on Teachers Day. The award has been given by President Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi on Monday.

27 teachers from various colleges and universities were selected by the Telangana government

Incidentally, Varalakshmi is the only principal from both the Telugu states - Andhra Pradesha and Telangana - to find a place in CBSE quota.

Meanwhile, 27 teachers from various colleges and universities were selected by the Telangana government. According to the government order, 15 teachers at the university have been selected for the award, while 12 teachers are from affiliated colleges.
