The Avengers mania is captivating the people all across the world. In just a week, Avengers: Endgame has grossed Rs 310 crore and made Rs 260 crore nett, breaking records at the Indian box office.
The Marvel superhero flick is now the biggest film of all time in India box office history within its first week. Although Baahubali: The Conclusion is an exception, Endgame has overtaken the first-week total collections of Baahubali 2’s Hindi version.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh compared the collections of big Hindi releases with the Endgame collections after Week One and Endgame has beaten every Hindi film in history.
According to the day-to-day collection details posted by Taran Adarsh, Endgame collected, "Fri 53.60 cr, Sat 52.20 cr, Sun 52.85 cr, Mon 31.05 cr, Tue 26.10 cr, Wed 28.50 cr, Thu 16.10 cr.”
With an astounding $1.6 billion at the worldwide box office, the Avengers: Endgame is setting records by the day.
The movie crossed the Rs 100 crore milestone on its second day of release at the Indian box office, Rs 150 crore mark on day three, Rs 200 on day five and Rs 250 crore on day seven.
The movie has already surpassed the lifetime total collections of Avengers: Age of Ultron and The Avengers. The next record set for the Endgame is the $2 billion total of Avengers: Infinity War, which is likely to be accomplished by the end of the second weekend.
