One of the biggest and most awaited films is SS Rajamouli's first movie 'RRR' after the humongous success of Baahubali. The regular shooting of the movie is shaping up well. There had been speculations for months about the female leading cast with names of Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra, Keerthy Suresh, Priyamani among others doing the rounds. Finally, Rajamouli has cleared the air by announcing the official details about the female cast. In a press conference held today in Hyderabad, Rajamouli said, Alia Bhatt and Daisy Edgar-Jones are part of the film.
It doesn't come as a surprise over the actress' choice for the movie as post the phenomenal success of Baahubali, the movie stamped Rajamouli's name on the global map and actors all over the country are keen to associate with him. Ajay Devgan was rumoured to be seen in an antagonist role in 'RRR'. The makers confirmed that he is a part of 'RRR' but he won't be seen in the villain role. 'RRR' is a story based on two legendary freedom fighters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. The movie will be on the pan Indian scale and made with a budget of Rs 400 Cr.
Rajamouli spoke in the press conference saying that he would have not made the movie if either Ram Charan or Jr NTR had said 'No'. He said, "I would opt for another project. Luckily, they agreed and were impressed with my script." Rajamouli's 'RRR' will be released in ten languages. Can you believe it? It is for the first time, in history as no other Telugu movie was ever released in several languages. There is no doubt, 'RRR' is really going to put box office on fire and will break all languages barriers.
'RRR' is all set to arrive in theatres on July 30, 2020. It is produced by Danayya under DVV Entertainments. The music will be composed by MM Keeravani.
