Malayalam actor Mammootty's 'Yatra' is on a winning streak at the box office. The lead cast of the movie Mammootty has garnered huge praise not just from the audiences and critics but also from the film fraternity. According to sources, 'Yatra' is dominating newly released movies- NTR Mahanayakud and Dev at the box office. After positive reports to the movie from all quarters, filmmakers and distributors of the movie have extended the theatre list across the nation.

If sources are to be believed, 'Yatra' has 48 per cent occupancy at national multiplexes in its last week.  'Yata' has the highest occupancy in theatres since past few days even after the several Hindi releases—Total Dhamaal, Gully Boy, Uri: The surgical strikes and Manikarnika, the Queen of Jhansi. A section of fans are asking whatever happened to Balakrishna’s latest outing 'NTR Mahanayakudu'. Why is it not in the list? Going by the occupancy report which is making the rounds on Twitter, it is apparent that 'NTR Mahanayakudu' may not be running in North India metro theatres.

Speaking of movie performance at the box office, it is doing pretty well at the box office. The movie has crossed approximately Rs 38 Crores at the worldwide box office. The movie has emerged as a massive hit. Directed by Mahi V Raghav starring Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya and Suhasini in lead roles.
