Sarkar Tamil Movie Review
For those who have already watched Kathi and Thupaki, the output that the Vijay-Murugadoss combination can deliver need not be explained. For the uninitiated, however, Sarkar has all the makings of a commercial thriller. You will see Vijay's signature dialogues which are whistleworthy and scenes with Murugadoss trademark. The film contains all the ingredients of a masala entertainer and keeps you engaged through the movie. Vijay's role is powerful and leaves a mark, BGMs provide the perfect accompaniment while action scenes stand out. Keerthy and Varalaxmi deliver.
Plus
- Vijay's performance
- Punch dialogues
- AR Rahman Music
- Action scenes
Minus
- Songs aren't good enough
- Lack of tight screenplay in the second half
Sarkar movie Critic’s review
It's an out and out commercial entertainer which has enough elements to lure audience to theatres. A real treat for fans of ilayathalapathy Vijay who had pinned great hopes on Sarkar. Entertaining enough, the film release has a perfect timing and drives home much needed social message for voters and politicians. Go watch Sarkar this weekend, you won't regret it.

Felt First Half was Better than Second Half. Poor Screenplay
I think Keerthy Suresh shouldn’t have been part of this movie. Unnecessary Romantic Scenes
Vijay's Dance & Fight scenes are Good
