The film city is said to have been built on a war zone. According to folklore, people say that spirits of the soldiers roam the ground as it used to earlier belong to the Nizam. Many actors have confessed to seeing a ghost in the mirror when they were getting ready for a shoot in the location. And the light men sometime say say that a strange figure wants to push them down the wall.

One of the most splendid forts of India, Golkonda Fort is located at the outskirts of Hyderabad. The Kakatiyas ruled Andhra Pradesh in the 13th century and built the Golkonda Fort. The place is believed to be haunted as incidents of screaming, shadows sightings, utensils banging etc have been reported. It is believed that the ghost of Taramati, queen of the king still walks and dances in the palace at night. Some have even reportedly seen images hung upside-down on the walls of the fort.

In a two-storey house of Kundanbagh, a thief once entered the second floor at night. What he saw shocked the police. Dead bodies of three women - a mother and two daughters laying on the bed. Police said the dead bodies were almost 6 months old but the neighbours saw them almost daily. They wore black robes and used to practice black magic. They would carry garbage in their car and also lived without electricity. To this day their death remains a mystery.

This house is named as 'Ded Lakh Ghar' as it was built at an amount of Rs 1.50 lakh which translates to 'Dedh Lakh' in Hindi. It was built around 40 years ago. With every family that tried to live here, suicides followed. Often people can listen to a spooky sound. During the day time also people avoid going there. Nearby people claim that they have to listen mysterious sounds from the house.

This college in Hyderabad is said to be one of the most haunted places. It is said to be haunted because in this college dead bodies have been dissected and tested in labs. According to the locals, those ‘dead bodies’ souls roam around the science college area. Nobody even dares to venture in or enter the college premises since the guard who used to be at the gate died under mysterious circumstances.
