Eatery Brings You King Size Baahubali Thali

A Pune-based eatery serves a  king-size thali dubbed ‘Baahubali thali’ - Sakshi Post

Ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli's Baahubali was a visual extravaganza for the audience. And now you can also savour Baahubali dish. Yes, you read it right. Cashing in on Baahubali mania, a Pune-based eatery, paratha-speciality restaurant on JM Road, is serving a king-size thali dubbed 'Baahubali thali'. The thali comes in 24-inch consisting of an 18-inch stuffed paratha and the food weighs 3.5 kg.

The thali consists of assorted food items named after characters from the film. In the colossal thali, you have 'Shivgami shaahi pakwan' consisting of 10 food items, then you have 'Devsena paratha’, followed by 'Kattappa biryani and how can you miss the lassi, named 'Ballaldeva lassi'. The thali comes with a price tag of Rs 1,700 plus taxes.

Prashant Salvi, eatery manager, says, "We always want to give unique stuff to our patrons hence we came up with Baahubali thali. And undoubtedly many are coming in to eat this variant delicacy,"

We know that you are very excited to try this one, but we warn you not to go alone as you can not complete the thali all by yourself. You need to take along four to five people and still there would be a leftover to take some home.
