Delhi: A woman committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train.
AS per reports, Sonakshi Garg (26) belonged to Paharganj of Delhi and worked an accountant in Paharganj. She allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train at Model Town Metro station on Saturday, police found a suicide note near her body on the track in which she has clearly written that no one should be held responsible for her suicide.
Sonakshi Garg suicide attempt was recorded in the Railway station CCTV camera. After watching that, the Railway Officers informed the police about the incident and the police immediately reached the spot and took the body of the woman to Babu Jagjivan Ram Memorial Hospital in Jahangirpuri for post mortem.
Police have registered a case of suicide and started investigations. Police revealed that her family members said that she had been undergoing treatment for a long time. Police are yet to release the complete details of the case.
Three people tried to commit suicide near Delhi Metro this week. On September 2, a 45-year-old woman died after falling under a speeding train at the Jhandewalan metro station, and the next day a 22-year-old private security guard committed suicide by colliding with a speeding metro train.
