Nalgonda Woman Commits Suicide Over Joblessness Even 4 Years After Completing Engineering

Hyderabad: A woman committed suicide by consuming poison after being depressed over joblessness even years after finishing her engineering course. The incident took place on Tuesday night at Malkajgiri.

According to the police, a suicide note was found at her home. She was identified as K Navya (26) from Chilukur, Nalgonda district. Post her studies, she was on a job hunt. An year ago, she came to Hyderabad to live at her uncle's house at MJ Colony, Moula Ali.

A. Manmohan, Malkajgiri inspector said,"Navya went to the top of the apartment and consumed poison. She left a suicide note before she died stating that she didn't want to live without job. When the watchmen went to the terrace, he found the woman was in an unconscious state and informed her family members. They shifted her to a hospital where she died while undergoing treatment," said the inspector.

Based on a complaint given by the girl's brother Nithin, the police has filed a case of suspicious death. After completing the post-mortem at Gandhi hospital, the body was handed over to the family members.
