Counting Begins in Bihar, Politicians on the Edge - Sakshi Post

Counting for the Bihar elections, that were held in five phases recently, has begun at 8 a.m. as scheduled. Several political parties and alliances of political parties contested for the 243 Assembly seats at stake. A complete picture of the poll results is expected by 12 noon.

Meanwhile, RJD chief Lalu Prasad has tweeted that he is confident of a victory. He wished visiting party workers and media personnel in his inimitable style saying, "Good morning, we are winning."  He has earlier assessed that his alliance will get at least 190 of Bihar's 243 seats.

Meanwhile, the NDA alliance is also confident of a victory and create a major political upset in Bihar political landscape.

On the other hand, members of Nitish Kumar-Lalu Prasad's Grand Alliance are keeping their fingers crossed till the final results are announced.
