Andhra Pradesh: AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday appealed to the people of the state to stay indoors during the lockdown.

"if it is an emergency, call 1902, we will come to you", he said.

Don't be crowd Rythu Bazaars or supermarkets as the goods will remain stocked till the lock down. Shops will be open from 7 am to 6 pm as well," he added.

“Rythu Bazaars and supermarkets will be set up every 3 km if there is a need for it,” he mentioned.

He also thanked the Gram Volunteers, Asha Workers and Health assistants who are in the frontline.

He also said that Self control is essential to every person and to maintain social distancing among the people.

He said that Seperate hospitals for Covid 19 would be setup in the state with over 200 Isolation beds for quarantine.

He concluded the address by asking people to stay where they are and to stay safe.
