Tirupati: YSR Congress Party MLA RK Roja said that TDP MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar's comments on Dalits show party president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's attitude towards them.
On Thursday, the YSRCP MLA visited Tirumala where she spoke to the media persons. Pointing out that Chandrababu had insulted Dalits in the past, she said that the TDP MLAs are now following in his footsteps. Roja said that noticing YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's wide-spread recognition and support among the public, the TDP MLAs and MPs are migrating into their party. She added that all the MLAs and MPs who are defecting into YSRCP have resigned from their posts which is an example to show YS Jagan's ethics while Chandrababu never sought resignation from the defected YSRCP MPs and MLAs.
Roja expressed angst against Chandrababu for advocating the Pulwama terror attack when the entire country is condemning the attack.
She further said that the Chief Minister's publicity stunt during the Godavari Pushkaralu cost 30 lives. Citing this, the YSRCP MLA questioned as to why Chandrababu didn't resign from his post, but is now seeking Prime Minister Narendra Modi's resignation in regard to the Pulwama attack. Roja sought Chandrababu's resignation after a farmer was killed in Kothapalem near Kondaveedu where the Chief Minister participated in an event.
