Vijayawada: YSR Congress leaders Vellampalli Srinivas and Malladi Vishnu were all in praise for the movie ‘Yatra’. This movie is made on the life of the great leader and former Chief Minister late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

Both the leaders saw the movie at Yuvaraj theatre in Vijayawada, and later spoke to the media expressing what they felt after the movie.

YSRCP leader Vellampalli Srinivas added that the movie has been successful in portraying the life and morals of the great leader. He remarked that the movie has done well in translating the learning of people’s troubles and the implementation of social welfare schemes.

Another leader Malladi Vishnu thanked the makers of the movie for capturing the padayatra. YSRCP leader reiterated that Dr YS Rajasekahara Reddy learned about the problems of the people while he was in the opposition and resolved them once he came to power.

He urged the people to watch the movie and observed that Chandrababu, who is concerned about votes but not people should watch this movie, as there are many lessons to be learned from it. The movie has hit the screens 8th Feb Friday. Yatra is directed by Mahi V Raghav and produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy.
