Vijayawada: YSR Congress party official spokesperson Kolusu Parthasarathy flayed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu saying that the TDP supremo had neglected the benefits of the state for his personal motives.
YSRCP leader questioned Chandrababu on why he did not talk about the injustice taking place in the state and about the Special Category Status denied to AP by the Centre, in the Kolkata rally. Talking to the media here at the party office, Parthasarathy said, Chandrababu is always talking about TDP leaders being targeted by CBI, ED, but never did he talk about the injustice done to the state. He added that the talks between YS Jagan and TRS leader KTR, were with regard to the Federal front. The YSRCP spokesman pointed out that YS Jagan is concerned about the SCS to AP and other commitments of the AP Reorganization Act. Chandrababu is driven by his selfish interests, in contrast, he said.
Parthasarathy said Chandrababu is going around the states, meeting leaders and bowing to them to escape from the investigation in the Note-for-Votecase and the rampant corruption in the state. The YSRCP leader said TDP leaders had termed the Federal front meeting as a Fiddle Front meeting. What expression should be used to describe the front which held a rally in Kolkata?, he questioned..
Parthasarathy replied to the comments made by TDP minister Devineni Uma on YS Jagan that the YSRCP chief was hiding in Lotus pond and said, Uma is acting like a blind person. He even reminded the minister about the Praja Sankalpa Yatra, the mass outreach initiative taken up the people’s leader YS Jagan. It is to cheat people of AP Chandrababu is coming up with many conspiracies before elections, but people are waiting to teach the TDP a lesson, he said. The YSRCP leader questioned Chandrababu why he had not increased pensions in the past four years. People know why there is an increase in the pension all of a sudden before the elections, he added.
He added YS Jagan has announced nine hours of power supply for the welfare of the farmers, and a scared Chandrababu is now repeating the same. Chandrababu has neglected the current welfare schemes and is getting ready to cheat the people again, he added. Parthasarathy said thatChandrababu is claiming to increase the Aarogyasri limit to Rs 5,00,000 but the current Rs 2,00,000 limit is not being implemented properly, and hospitals are coming up with boards that no treatment can be undertaken under Aarogyasri, he added.
On the one hand, Chandrababu is not paying the Rs 500 crore dues and on the other hand, he claims he is going to increase the limit to Rs 5,00,000. He asked Chandrababu to explain how it can be done.
