Vijayawada: BJP Andhra Pradesh leader Somu Veerraju predicted that in 2019 elections TDP government led by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will be routed in the state. Talking to media here today on the occasion of Karnataka elections results turning in favour of BJP, he expressed his happiness and said that BJP was the only party that was striving for the country's development.

Somu Veerraju said that since BJP was sincere and development-oriented all the states were opting for a BJP government. He questioned if Chandrababu would resign as AP CM since he failed to see the defeat of BJP in Karnataka. The TDP Chief tried all means to defame and defeat BJP there but failed, he asserted.

The BJP state leader expressed his anger over Chandrababu for smiling at Balakrishna's foul language against the Prime Minister. The TDP Chief also got Amit Shah's convoy attacked in Tirupati, he said and added instead of arresting the culprits who attacked the convoy, the government arrested BJP workers.
