Despite clashing with Nithiin's Chal Mohan Ranga and Nani's Krishnarjuna Yudham, Ram Charan's Rangasthalam is doing well at the box office. It has been 16 days since the movie hit screens worldwide and the film continues to rake in huge collections at the ticket window.
The film registered a decent growth on its third Saturday. Rangasthalam collected a whooping Rs 175 crore all over the world and is inching towards 200 crore club.
Rangasthalam has turned to be the biggest hit for the mega power star after his nine years of Magadheera. Ram Charan has well-executed his Chitti Babu role, as a hearing impaired person and Samantha as Rama Lakshmi has wooed the audience with her dialogue delivery and expressions.
Apart from the film artistes, the songs of the movie also played a crucial role in the success of the movie. The songs Rangamma Mangamma and Entha Sakkagunnave are topping charts and figure on the audience's playlist ever since their release. Several spoof videos too are being made on the songs. The credit goes to Devi Sri Prasad, who has rendered good music to the movie and the lyricist Chandra Bose who has lent life to the songs with the beautiful lines.
Directed by Sukumar, the film also features actors like Aadi Pinisetty, Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Prakash Raj in the supporting roles. The film is being produced under Mythri Movie Makers.
