Ram Charan's latest offering Rangasthalam is roaring at the worldwide box office. Yesterday, the makers of the movie held the film's success meet where Pawan Kalyan was the guest of honour. The filmmakers expressed their gratitude for making the film a blockbuster hit.
Ram Charan's Rangasthalam clashed with Nithiin's Chal Mohan Ranga and Nani's Krishnarjuna Yuddha at the box office. However, the competition did little to eat into the collections of Rangasthalam. The film is still going great guns at the box office. Looks like Ram Charan knows the pulse of the audiences. The way he has wooed the fans and general public with his role as Chitti Babu has been much talked about in filmnagar circles.
The film has earned Rs 100 crores share worldwide after Prabhas' Baahubali and Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No.150. The film has started with a grand opening of Rs 46 Cr on the first day at the ticket window.
Rangasthalam songs are being played on radio stations and Yentha Sakkagunnave seems to be on every music lover's play list right now!
Rangasthalam is a hattrick hit for Mythri Movie Makers. Earlier, Mahesh Babu's Srimanthudu and Jr NTR's Janatha Garage too become became all-time blockbuster hits at the box office. Interestingly the first two have been directed by Koratala Siva, while the latest one has been directed by Sukumar. The producers are so overwhelmed by the film's success that they are looking forward to working with Sukumar in two more films which will be with Mahesh Babu and Chiranjeevi.
Rangasthalam has managed to collect $3,258,556 at the foreign box office in its fifteen days. We shall update area-wise collections, shortly.
Rangasthalam also stars Samantha, Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya, Pooja Hedge, and Aadhi in important roles. Watch this space for updates.
