Ram Charan-Samantha's Rangasthalam 1985 is inching towards the big day of its release. The makers of the movie have already kick-started its promotional activities in the US of A which is on full swing. It is a known fact that Megastar Chiranjeevi is the darling of the masses with a huge fan following. The mega fans are showering the same love on his son Ram Charan too by way of watching his films.
Charan has also established himself as a bankable star with his acting skills and now enjoys a loyal fan base from across the globe. Most of them are youngsters. Rangasthalam went on floors last year and it was launched by Chiru himself. The makers, on the other hand, have taken so much time to complete the film shoot.
They even re-shot because some scenes were not up to the mark. Actually, the film was supposed to release last year but filmmakers were waiting for a solo release so as to avoid clash with other Telugu films. When they first thought of releasing last year, Mahesh Babu's Spyder and Jr.NTR's Jai Lava Kusa were lined up to hit theatres. They again postponed it to January 2018 but Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathvaasi was slated for release and Charan cleared the way for his uncle.
Finally, Rangasthalam is slotted to hit the big screens on March 30, 2018. Now we hear that the premiere shows of Rangasthalam will be held on March 29 in North America where many of the NRIs have been waiting to watch a big ticket film.
The film directed by Sukumar also stars Samantha, Jagapathi Babu and Anasuya will appear in vital roles. Pooja Hedge is all set to enthrall the audiences with an item number and we hear she has charged a hefty remuneration for this song which could be more than what the lead actors have earned.
On the career front, Ram Charan has lined up two films in his kitty—with Rajamouli and Boyapati Srinu. Currently, he is in LA with NTR prepping for his role in the Rajamouli starrer. He might come back to Hyderabad by this weekend to be a part of the prestigious Rangasthalam pre-release event in Visakhapatnam.
