Amaravati: The YSR Congress party workers embarked on a bus yatra to the Polavaram project in Andhra Pradesh on Thursday. The MPs, MLAs and MLCs from YSRCP will review the progress of the project work and submit its report to Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The team will give its impression to the Party President who will decide the future course of action.
Party MPs Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy, YV Subba Reddy, MLAs Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, RK Roja and many other leaders are part of the team visiting the project.
The yatra began from the Andhra Pradesh party headquarters in Vijayawada. The bus yatra is aimed at exposing the Chandrababu Naidu Government's conspiracy to put the prestigious Polavaram project on the back-burner.
On Wednesday, Party MP YV Subba Reddy said, "The team will visit Polavaram and apprise YS Jagan of the developments. He who will chalk out the future course of action on the multi-purpose project which is being used by the Chandrababu Naidu government as a milch cow for kickbacks."
