Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju which impressed he audiences is minting gold at the worldwide box office. But film critics are not exactly loving the script and they are pointing out flaws in what they are call is a glorified biopic. Though there is no dip in terms of collections owing to its solo release in the last week with no competition from any other big-ticket films.

The film is likely to become Ranbir's career-best film. Ranbir Kapoor has stepped into the shoes of Sanjay Dutt and pulls off the role to the T.

The film managed to collect Rs 186.41 Cr on its sixth day at the box office. The film is unstoppable at the box office.

Sanju chronicles the life of Sanjay Dutt and how he became a labeled star after Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. which was, coincidentally directed by Rajkumar Hirani, who is also the director of Sanju. The director is so fond of the veteran actor Sanjay Dutt that he decided to showcase his story to millions of fans across the universe. Sanjay Dutt and Director Rajkumar Hirani share a good rapport.

Sanju also got best opening in Ranbir's career and is tjhe next biggest blockbuster hit of 2018 after Deepika's Padmavaat. Sanju also has an ensemble cast of Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal, Vicky Kaushal and Manisha Koirala in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile, Ranbir is occupied with Brahmastra which features his rumored girl friend Alia Bhatt as the female lead opposite him. Ever since the film went on floors they have become a hot couple for gossip mongers. Ranbir too indirectly announced his relationship with Alia. The Kapoor family has been pouring out love on Alia by presenting her with a bracelet and they have jetted off to Paris to ring in her birthday. the Kapoor family have given enough reasons for audience to believe that Ranbir is serious about his relationship with Alia.
